This website, tailbounty.com, is operated by TailBounty ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility and orders

We sell to customers with shipping addresses in the United States. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

3. Products and pricing

We try to describe and display products accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen, and product packaging may change. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price charged is the one shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

4. Product use

Our products are pet care accessories and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Follow the directions and precautions on each product page and package. If your pet has a medical condition, an injury, or a reaction to a product, stop using it and consult your veterinarian.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its payment partners. We don't store your full card details.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

8. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, and our logo, belongs to TailBounty or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false information.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TailBounty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
