Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. After shipment, Standard delivery takes 8–15 business days and Express takes 5–8 business days.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8.00, or free on orders of $70.00 or more. Express shipping is $15.00.

How do I track my order?

We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@tailbounty.com as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only before it ships.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email support@tailbounty.com to start a return and we'll send instructions.

Can I return an item my pet has used?

Returns must be unused and in their original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. It's a good idea to check the fit indoors first and keep the packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover it.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

How do I choose the right carrier size?

Check the recommended pet weight and dimensions on each product page. Your pet should be able to sit, turn around, and lie down comfortably inside.

How do I choose a harness size?

Measure around the widest part of your pet's chest and compare it with the size options. If your pet is between sizes, email us your measurement and we'll help.

Are your carriers or car products crash-tested?

No. Our car seat mat and car seat carrier are for comfort and keeping your car clean. Always secure your pet with a proper harness or restraint while driving.
