When your order ships, we email a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Check your order status
- Have an account? Sign in to see your orders and their status.
- Checked out as a guest? Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and select View your order.
When will it arrive?
- Processing: 3–5 business days after you order
- Standard delivery: 8–15 business days after shipment
- Express delivery: 5–8 business days after shipment
Tracking can take 1–2 business days to show the first scan after the label is created.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, or your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, email support@tailbounty.com with your order number.
